Quilombo TREM(A) is back in Porto for its second edition, bringing together, over four days, encounters, knowledge, experiences, and voices that celebrate the diversity, culture, and strength of Black and Afro-descendant communities.

From September 24 to 27, Porto will host a programme designed to create spaces for encounter, reflection, creation, and exchange. Conferences, seminars, conversations, performances, and other activities invite audiences to reflect on the present, revisit memories, and imagine new futures through different perspectives and experiences.

 

More than an event, Quilombo TREM(A) aims to establish itself as a space for dialogue, belonging, and collective construction, bringing together people, territories, artists, researchers, activists, and communities. In this second edition, we renew our invitation to join us, take part in the conversations, discover new stories, and celebrate the strength of Black culture and thought in Porto.
